Ingredients
- 200gm Grated coconut (nariyal)
- 150gm Powdered sugar (or as required)
- 1 tablespoons cardamom powder
- 12-15 Chopped Almonds, Cashews, Pistachio
- 100gm khoya (mawa)
- 4 Tablespoons clarified butter.
Method
- Heat a pan on a medium flame. Roast the grated coconut for 5 minutes.
- Heat a pan, Roast the khoya in the ghee in 2tsp Ghee (clarified butter).
- Now switch off the flame let it cool for some time.
- Add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and add the roasted coconut, mix everything together.
- Let it cool for some time.
- Now shape into medium sized balls.
- Ladoos are ready.
- Store in a refrigerator for up to a week.
