Sharing an evening snack recipe which is simple, easy & quick to make for evening tea time for your kids, family or Party. These crispy balls are very quick and delicious evening snack for kids. Try this homemade quick evening snack recipe you would definitely love it. Stay home, spend time with your loved ones.

Delicious evening snack

Ingredients

1- Boiled potato 4 medium sized
2- 1 Chopped Onion
3- 2 Chopper green chili
4- Some Coriander leaves chopped
5- white flour 5-6 tsp
6- Bread crumbs 6 tsp
7- Salt as required...
9- Cornflakes Powder ( Grind Cornflakes in mixer)
10- Toothpicks 8-10
11- Oil to fry


Method

1- In a bowl mash the potatoes, add onion, green chili, coriander leaves, salt and Bread crumbs.
2- Give everything a good mix.
3- Rub little oil on your palms and make small balls from this mixture.
4- Make a thin mixture of white flour with water keep this in bowl.
5- Now take Cornflakes Powder in plate.
6- Dip all balls in white flour mixture and now cover it cornflakes powder.
7- When all balls are done, keep it in refrigerator for 15 mins.
8- After 15 mins 
9- Heat oil in a pan and drop these balls.
10- Cook the potato balls until they are brown on all sides.
11 - Its done now add toothpick in each ball, serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Here are some  very basic tips that will help you to capture your beautiful surrounding so that few years later when you look back at your old photos, they stir emotions, memories, and feelings in your heart.

1. Use grid-lines to balance your shot
Rule of Thirds :- 
A photographic composition principle that says an image should be broken down into thirds, both horizontally and vertically, so you have nine parts in total.
According to this theory, if you place points of interest in these intersections or along the lines, your photo will be more balanced, level, and allow viewers to interact with it more naturally.

To switch the grid on ...
* iPhone: Go to "Settings," choose "Photos & Camera," and switch "Grid" on.
* Samsung Galaxy: Launch the camera app, go to "Settings," scroll down and switch the "grid lines" option to "on."

2. Set your camera's focus
To adjust where you want your camera lens to focus, open your camera app and tap the screen where you want to sharpen the view.

3. Focus on one subject
Professional photographers say that the subject should fill the entire frame, and that two - third of the photo should be negative space-- that helps the subject stand out even more.
But be sure you tap the screen of your smart phone to focus the camera on your subject -- that'll help to ensure that it's focused and the lighting is optimized.

4.Find different perspectives
Taking photos from a unique, unexpected angle can make them more memorable -- it tends to create an illusion of depth or height with the subjects.

5. Play around with color 
Color play can help to highlight the elements of a photo that you want to stand out. 

6. Use natural light
Take advantage of the sources of natural light you can find, even after dark. This gives you a chance to play with shadows, like in the second image below, or create a silhouette with other ambient sources of light, like traffic and surrounding buildings.

Coconut Ladoo



Ingredients

  1. 200gm Grated coconut (nariyal)
  2. 150gm Powdered sugar (or as required)
  3. 1 tablespoons cardamom powder
  4. 12-15 Chopped Almonds, Cashews, Pistachio
  5. 100gm khoya (mawa)
  6. 4 Tablespoons clarified butter.

Method

  1. Heat a pan on a medium flame. Roast the grated coconut for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan, Roast the khoya in the ghee in 2tsp Ghee (clarified butter).
  3. Now switch off the flame let it cool for some time.
  4. Add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and add the roasted coconut, mix everything together.  
  5. Let it cool for some time.
  6. Now shape into medium sized balls.
  7. Ladoos are ready.
  8. Store in a refrigerator for up to a week.

Mutton Do Pyaja


Ingredients-

  1. 1/2 Kg Mutton
  2. 1 Kg Onion in slices
  3. Garlic 100 gram
  4. Cumin Seed - 1 tsp
  5. Black Pepper - 15- 20
  6. Cloves - 5
  7. Cardamom Black- 3
  8. Cinnamon - stick 1/2 inch
  9. Bay leaves - 3
  10. Whole Red Chilies -4
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Turmeric 1 tsp
  13. Ginger grated - 2 tsp
  14. Oil - 8 spoon
  15. Cardamom Green - 2

Method

  1. Clean and wash Mutton pieces.
  2. Place the cooker on flame add oil in that.
  3. When oil get heated add Cumin seeds.
  4. Now add Bay leaves, Cardamom, cloves, Cinnamon stick, Black pepper, whole red chilies, now stir well.
  5. Add onion, garlic and turmeric mix it and cook it for 5 mins.
  6. Now add Mutton, salt to taste and mix it well.
  7.  Cover the pressure cooker with lid and cook it on low flame for 3 -4 whistles.
  8. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
  9. Enjoy Mutton with chapatis.

Here we go a super easy Homemade Cake Recipe without oven, without egg. You can try this easy to cook recipe with few ingredients which are generally available in your kitchen.

Ingredients 

  1. Suji or rawa -1 cup
  2. Maida -1/2 Cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Dry Fruits
  5. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  7. Milk 2 Cup
  8. Refined Oil 1 cup
  9. Vanilla essence few drops
  10. A tin box in which you want to bake the cake
  11. butter paper - 1

Method

  1. Grind Suji in mixer and take it in bowl.
  2. Add refined oil and mix it well
  3. Now add sugar in mixture and mix it with 1 cup of milk
  4. In a separate bowl take maida and add baking soda and baking powder mix it well.
  5. Now add this small quantity of maida mix in previous cake batter and mix it with milk. Mix it well and keep aside. Add few drops of Vanilla Essence.
  6. Add Dry fruits in batter.
  7. Now take your baking dish grease with oil, grease the butter paper also keep this butter paper inside the baking dish.
  8. Now place the batter in baking dish.
  9. Place a pressure cooker on flame now add some salt at bottom, keep a small stand on it, now place the baking dish on the stand and cover the pressure cooker.
  10. Cook it for 50-60 mins.
  11. Garnish with cream and dry fruits.
  12. Your spongy homemade cake is ready to eat.
